Frank J. Groh-Wargo

Frank J. Groh-Wargo has over thirty (30) years of experience practicing law in Northeast Ohio.  His practice focuses on commercial real estate and business transactions.  His litigation experience has focused on cases addressing business, employment, real estate and governmental (administrative/municipal) law  issues.  Frank represents businesses and individuals in Greater Cleveland on a wide variety of matters.

Frank is active in his community.  He has served as a member of the city of Berea Planning Commission and on the Board of Trustees of Lake Ridge Academy. Currently, he is active in PFLAG (Parents and Friends of Lesbians and Gays) of Cleveland, and is a member of the Human Rights Campaign Federal Club.
