Frank J. Groh-Wargo
Frank J. Groh-Wargo has 30 years of experience practicing law in Northeast Ohio. His practice focuses on commercial real estate transactions as well as litigation having to do with business, employment, and administrative law issues. Frank has successfully handled cases against state and local governments for civil rights violations and has guided clients before government bodies to help them with issues related to land use, zoning and planning issues. Frank represents many businesses in the Cleveland Metropolitan Area on a variety of matters. Finally, he represents businesses as well as individuals in employment matters.
Mr. Groh-Wargo is active in his community. In the past, he has served as a member of the City of Berea Planning Commission and the Board of Trustees of Lake Ridge Academy. Currently, he is active in PFLAG (Parents and Friends of Lesbians and Gays) of Cleveland, and is a member of the Human Rights Campaign Federal Club.

Mark S. Ondrejech
Mark S. Ondrejech is the associate attorney at Frank J. Groh-Wargo Co., L.P.A. He primarily handles litigation and assists with business and real estate transactions. Mark graduated from Capital University Law School in Columbus, Ohio, in 2007. While there, he was chosen to represent the law school in nationally competitive appellate advocacy tournaments as a member of the Philip J. Fulton Law Office National Moot Court Team. He was also honored with membership on the Capital University Law Review.
Mark has served as the associate attorney for Frank J. Groh-Wargo Co., L.P.A. since January 2008. Recently, he authored an article on business law entitled Drafting Points: Facilitating Small Business Success by Drafting Workable Business Agreements, which was published in the January 2011 edition of the Bar Journal of the Cleveland Metropolitan Bar Association. A 2000 graduate of Brunswick High School, Mark was born in Middleburg Heights, Ohio and raised in Brunswick Hills.
