Our People.  Attorney Frank  Groh-Wargo  has been practicing law out of Berea, Ohio for over 30 years.  Frank began his career practicing with his father, who opened an office in Berea in 1959.  Throughout his career, Frank has represented clients before state courts, administrative agencies, municipal boards and commissions, and the federal courts.

Our Community.  We pride ourselves on our involvement in the local community.  Groh-Wargo Co., is a member of C.O.S.E., as well as the Downtown Berea Business Network, which is a collective effort by local small businesses to encourage economic growth and development in the city of Berea.  The firm donates to several causes in the community, such as the annual Berea Fall Festival and Holiday Walk.

Our Billing Practices.  Hourly billing is our standard practice, but contingent fee representation arrangements and flat fee services are available in certain circumstances in accordance with the ethical rules that govern the legal profession. We do provide credit card payment options through the major credit card providers.
